About Us
At Happy Empanadas, the fact that you can see us, talk to us, and know where your money goes matters. We're on West Broad Street in Hazleton, and every empanada, chimi, and plate that leaves our kitchen is made with the authentic Dominican recipes and flavors we grew up with. Our pastelitos come golden and crispy in over a dozen varieties... chicken, beef, shrimp, crab, and cassava cheese balls alongside traditional quipes. Our chimis are built right with cabbage, tomato, and mayoketchup, and our yaroa loaded with fries, melted mozzarella, and your choice of protein is the kind of comfort food that hits every time. We also make Dominican cakes like tres leches, chocoflan, and flan, press 100% natural fruit juices and batidas, and brew real Dominican coffee because we believe the full experience matters. We show up every day because this is more than a job... it's our community. We're grateful to serve the Hazleton community.
